Product Features:
The integrated substation structure comprises two high-voltage switchgear compartments (for the 40.5kV and 12kV sides), a relay protection compartment, and a transformer. The enclosures for the high-voltage switchgear and relay protection compartments can be constructed from stainless steel, carbon steel, or composite panels. Stainless steel structures offer exceptional corrosion resistance and mechanical strength; carbon steel components undergo specialized anti-corrosion treatment; and composite panels provide aesthetic appeal with vibrant colors, as well as thermal insulation and flame-retardant properties.
The 40.5kV high-voltage compartment accommodates switchgear such as the KYN61-40.5 or KYN10-40.5 models, with users free to choose between overhead line or cable connections for the 40.5kV incoming and outgoing circuits.
The 12kV high-voltage compartment accommodates switchgear cabinets such as the XGN2-12, XGN66-12, or KYN28A-12, or ring main units (RMUs) such as the HXGNL5-(FR) or X6N15-12(FR).
The relay protection compartment houses AC panels, DC panels, signal panels, remote control panels (RTU), and carrier communication or fiber-optic terminal panels.
