Balanced Magnetic Circuits
The three-phase magnetic circuits of the 3D wound core are equal in length and minimized, ensuring balance across the three phases.
Excellent Energy Efficiency
The 3D wound core is seamless, eliminating high-energy-loss zones and fully utilizing the high magnetic permeability of the core material. The direction of magnetic flux aligns perfectly with the grain orientation of the silicon steel sheets, drastically reducing no-load losses and no-load current.
Low Noise
The silicon steel strips within each core frame are tightly wound, and the three frames are bonded into a solid, integrated structure. The magnetic permeability direction of the strips aligns perfectly with the magnetic circuit path. With minimal operational vibration and a closed-loop core structure free of air gaps, noise levels are minimized to the greatest extent possible.
High Short-Circuit Resistance
The transformer windings feature a circular cross-section, offering high compressive strength during short-circuit events. The clamping structure consists of a welded, triangular integrated frame, ensuring high stability and robust overall structural integrity.
