The S(B)H-M series amorphous alloy oil-immersed transformer is an energy-efficient distribution unit; its energy-saving performance stems primarily from the use of a novel iron-based amorphous alloy material characterized by superior soft magnetic properties.
The products comply with national standards GB1094 ("Power Transformers") and GB/T25446-2010 ("Technical Parameters and Requirements for Oil-Immersed Amorphous Alloy Core Distribution Transformers").
Product Features
Amorphous alloy is a novel strip material; lacking a crystalline structure, it exhibits low magnetization power and high resistivity, resulting in minimal eddy-current losses.
Utilizing this material for the core enables the production of a new type of energy-efficient transformer, with no-load losses reduced by over 75% compared to standard S11 distribution transformers. The core features a wound, three-phase, five-limb structure with a rectangular cross-section.
The coils are rectangular in shape; the high-voltage winding uses acetal-enameled wire, while the low-voltage winding employs flat wire or copper foil, thereby enhancing the transformer's short-circuit withstand capability.
The transformer utilizes a Dyn11 connection group, which mitigates the impact of high-order harmonics and provides strong resistance to unbalanced loads, significantly improving power supply quality.
Vacuum oil filling is employed to completely eliminate air bubbles within the coils, ensuring stable insulation performance. The traditional oil conservator is eliminated; instead, corrugated or fin-type radiators serve as cooling components. A gas cushion atop the oil tank compresses as the transformer oil expands, isolating the oil from the atmosphere. This prevents oil degradation and insulation moisture absorption, enhances operational reliability, and ensures maintenance-free operation under normal conditions.
